• Outside food and drinks (except baby food and water), glass containers, and sharp objects are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
• Many attractions are accessible, but some rides have height or health restrictions.
• Wheelchair-accessible paths are available across most of the park.
• Facilities: sun loungers, tubes, life jackets, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, and free Wi-Fi.
• Lockers, sunbeds, and towels are available for rent at an extra cost.
• Good things come to those who wait, so please expect a considerable wait time before your experience begins.
• Sun cream must be reef-safe; regular sunscreens may not be allowed in pools.
• Most rides operate continuously but may close temporarily due to weather.
• Cashless wristbands are available to load money and make purchases inside the park.
• Some attractions have minimum height requirements (e.g., Tower of Power: 1.25m).
• Children under 16 years must always be accompanied by an adult.
• The night ticket gives you access to all major attractions except the children's areas, Sawasdee, The Lost City, Bodhi Trail, and Cocobeach.
• This ticket includes two entries: use them on the same day or different days within 15 days. You'll receive a QR code for your second visit after your first entry. If visiting twice in one day, you'll need to exit at 6pm and re-enter after 8pm.
